This policy explains what information ReStructure AI collects through re-structure.ai and our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you and improve the site, we never sell your information, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, company, and message contents when you contact us, book a call, or apply for a role. If you apply for a role, this includes your work history and anything else you choose to send.

3. How we use it

We use this information to reply to inquiries, run intro calls, evaluate job applications, deliver client work, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

4. What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your data to train models outside the scope of the work you hired us for.

5. Service providers

We use a small set of vendors to run the business - hosting, scheduling, and email. They process information only to provide their service to us and under their own privacy obligations.

6. Retention

We keep inquiries and application information only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent, or longer where a client engagement or the law requires it.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure; if something material happens that affects your data, we will tell you.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we hold and the right to deletion. Email us and we will respond promptly.

9. Children

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
